As part of a diverse, international team, you’ll collaborate across regions, share best practices, and help drive a unified approach to fraud prevention worldwide. About the Role <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Keep the high-risk orders review list clear of pending reviews daily</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Identify and cancel fraudulent or suspicious orders, reducing the financial impact for the company</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Recognizе fraud patterns in a timely manner to help enforce effective fraud prevention measures</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Active monitor chargeback rate and bank alerts and escalating to relevant stakeholders when needed</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Support the customer service team with any risk-related queries</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Proactively suggest, implement and refinе fraud-preventing static rules</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10847">Handlе chargeback, supporting fraud data-related internal queries and dispute representment processes </li> </ul> About You <ul> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Minimum of 1 year experience in the global e-commerce payment/fraud industry of a medium-sized company </li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Fluency in English is mandatory (C1 level)</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Accurate and timely data entry skills with attention to detail</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while still meeting deadlines</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Demonstrated initiative in researching, resolving issues, and driving processes improvements</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Team player with a positive attitude</li> <li data-renderer-start-pos="10944">Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint </li> </ul> We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
