FLINT is excited to announce upcoming opportunities for a major turnaround project at Rocanville Potash Mine, SK. Join a high-performing team and play a key role in delivering critical maintenance work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Location: Rocanville, Saskatchewan

Travel: June 28, 2026
On-site: June 29, 2026 – August 14, 2026

Includes scheduled reset day on July 13 due to site-wide outage
Day shift only: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 regular + overtime)

Details:

Scope of work includes piping and valve maintenance, equipment installation and removal, vessel and tank maintenance support, rigging, material handling, housekeeping, operation of mobile equipment, and general turnaround activities within a potash processing facility.
Structured turnaround schedule with planned overtime periods
Day shifts only (no nights)
LOA: $160/day (including the day prior to start for eligible workers)
Mob/Demob: Provided based on distance (up to 4 hours each way)

Valid Journeyperson or Apprentice Trade certificate if applicable.
Minimum 1 year potash or industrial experience.
Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- CSTS 2020 or WHMIS (within last 3 years)
- Fall Protection (No virtual option — in-person attendance required)
- General Mine Safety Awareness (course reimbursed)
- Aerial Work Platform (asset)
Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
Must have your own reliable transportation to the site.
Valid driver’s license and clean 5-year Driver’s Abstract with under 6 demerits.

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
