Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Azure IT Support Specialist to manage, monitor, and support cloud-based infrastructure hosted on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, ensure system reliability, and assist users with Azure-related services and environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Azure cloud services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and identity services
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability of cloud resources
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure infrastructure and services
- Manage user access and permissions using Azure Active Directory
- Assist in deploying, configuring, and maintaining Azure resources
- Respond to incidents, service requests, and alerts in a timely manner
- Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and troubleshooting steps
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement cloud solutions and improvements
- Ensure security best practices and compliance within Azure environments
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services and administration
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Familiarity with networking concepts (VPNs, DNS, load balancing)
- Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux environments
- Understanding of identity management (Azure Active Directory)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer support abilities
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
