We specialize in cloud migration, modernization, managed services, DevOps, data & analytics, and Generative AI, serving clients across India, the Middle East, and the US. This role is critical to scaling our cloud‑focused demand‑generation engine, building high‑quality B2B leads and executive engagement across the cloud‑services funnel.
Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager – Cloud & Lead Generation
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra | Reports to: Head of Marketing
Department: Marketing & Growth
Key Objectives of the Role :
- Build and scale a performance‑driven digital‑marketing pipeline for cloud‑focused audiences (CTOs, CTOs, DevOps leads, Cloud Architects).
- Own end‑to‑end lead‑generation campaigns for cloud migration, modernization, and AWS‑related services.
- Strengthen collaboration with AWS marketing and partner teams to align campaigns and co‑create demand.
- Elevate Flentas’ brand presence and thought leadership in the cloud ecosystem via digital channels and events.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Email & Drip Marketing
Design, build, and optimize multi‑stage drip‑email campaigns in Mailchimp and HubSpot for leads at different stages (awareness consideration decision). Manage segmented email lists, lifecycle nurture tracks, and re‑engagement flows for cloud‑migration, webinar, and event leads.
Analyze open rates, click‑throughs, and conversion performance; refine copy, timing, and segmentation for better MQL‑to‑SQL conversion.
2. Performance & Paid Marketing
Plan and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and LinkedIn Ads campaigns focused on cloud‑services keywords, AWS migration, DevOps, and modernization. Set up audience‑based campaigns for ABM (Account‑Based Marketing) targeting senior tech executives in priority markets (India, MEA, global startups). Monitor KPIs: CPL, CAC, ROAS, lead quality, and influence on pipeline; align budgets and bids with quarterly revenue goals.
3. HubSpot CRM & Marketing Automation
Act as the primary HubSpot power user for marketing operations: workflows, lead scoring, forms, CTAs, and landing‑page integrations.
Ensure tight sync between marketing and sales (e.g., lead hand‑off, activity tracking, and pipeline reporting).
Build and refine marketing attribution models using HubSpot + Google Analytics to show campaign impact.
4. Social Media & Content Marketing
Own social media strategy for http://www.flentas.com, focusing on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter/X for cloud‑services thought leadership.
Coordinate with content and sales teams to amplify case studies, AWS‑migration stories, and cloud‑modernization insights.
Plan and execute organic and paid social campaigns around webinars, E-Books, events, and product launches.
5. Events, Webinars & Workshops
Plan and manage third‑party events, company roundtables, and cloud‑focused workshops (including speaker coordination, registration, and follow‑up).
Lead end‑to‑end webinar production using Zoom and HubSpot: concept, invites, registration, live moderation, and post‑webinar nurture.
Track event‑driven KPIs: registrations, attendance, conversations, and pipeline sourced/attributed to events.
6. Cloud‑Marketing & AWS Collaboration
Bring a clear understanding of cloud marketing (AWS migration, modernization, FinOps, managed services) to design relevant messaging and campaigns.
Regularly engage with AWS marketing and partner teams to align on campaigns, co‑host webinars, and leverage AWS‑led demand programs.
Translate technical cloud concepts into simple, compelling customer‑centric narratives for digital assets.

The candidate must be proficient in the following tools:

Experience & Qualifications
Essential
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B tech, SaaS, or cloud services.
Strong hands‑on experience in:
- Drip email campaigns and marketing automation
- Performance marketing (Google Ads + LinkedIn Ads)
- HubSpot CRM for marketing operations
- Social media marketing for B2B brands
Demonstrated experience managing:
- Third‑party events, company roundtables, and workshops
- Webinars end‑to‑end (from planning to follow‑up nurture)
Solid understanding of cloud marketing and lead‑generation strategies for complex B2B services.
Comfortable discussing cloud‑services positioning and campaigns with AWS marketing teams.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Prior experience in a cloud company or AWS‑focused partner environment.
- Experience running ABM campaigns for enterprise tech buyers.
- Familiarity with A/B testing for landing pages, CTAs, and email flows.
- Background in B2B tech marketing content (e‑books, PR‑style articles, case‑study‑driven assets).
