Job Title: Supply Chain & Forecasting Manager
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000/month (Based on Experience)
Job Summary
FLAX is looking for a Supply Chain & Forecasting Manager to handle outlet demand planning, central kitchen production planning, and inventory management across multiple outlets.
This role is critical to ensure no stock-outs, controlled wastage, and smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly sales forecasts for each outlet
- Plan production for central kitchen based on outlet demand
- Manage inventory, stock levels & replenishment across outlets
- Coordinate dispatch & logistics (WeFast/Dunzo/in-house riders)
- Monitor wastage, variance reports & stock discrepancies
- Work closely with outlet managers & operations team for daily planning
- Maintain reports on forecast vs actual, wastage & stock accuracy
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years in supply chain / demand planning
- Experience in QSR / cloud kitchen / food operations
- Strong hands-on Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, data tracking)
- Must have handled multi-outlet operations
- Must be comfortable with daily reporting and pressure environment
