Job Title: Supply Chain & Forecasting Manager

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000/month (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

FLAX is looking for a Supply Chain & Forecasting Manager to handle outlet demand planning, central kitchen production planning, and inventory management across multiple outlets.

This role is critical to ensure no stock-outs, controlled wastage, and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly sales forecasts for each outlet
• Plan production for central kitchen based on outlet demand
• Manage inventory, stock levels & replenishment across outlets
• Coordinate dispatch & logistics (WeFast/Dunzo/in-house riders)
• Monitor wastage, variance reports & stock discrepancies
• Work closely with outlet managers & operations team for daily planning
• Maintain reports on forecast vs actual, wastage & stock accuracy

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years in supply chain / demand planning
• Experience in QSR / cloud kitchen / food operations
• Strong hands-on Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, data tracking)
• Must have handled multi-outlet operations
• Must be comfortable with daily reporting and pressure environment
