Role Description The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing initiatives to promote Five Star English School’s programs and build brand awareness in Aurangabad and surrounding areas. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Aurangabad, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks such as planning campaigns, analyzing data, and creating marketing content. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, supporting sales and enrollment efforts, coordinating online and offline campaigns, managing social media presence, and organizing local outreach activities or events. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with academic and administrative teams to understand program offerings, refine key messages, and ensure a consistent brand voice. The role also involves tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to increase visibility, inquiries, and enrollments.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and written Communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for students, families, and community partners.
• Market Research abilities, including gathering local insights, analyzing competition, and identifying target segments.
• Sales and Customer Service skills to support admissions inquiries, guide prospective learners, and maintain a positive experience from first contact to enrollment.
• Marketing Strategy experience, including planning and executing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Proficiency with social media platforms, basic content creation, and familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., email marketing, basic analytics).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Aurangabad, with the ability to attend on-site events, school activities, and local outreach as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in education, training, or service-oriented sectors is an advantage.
