Warehouse Manager / Dock Supervisor

As an experienced Logistics/Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations with a strong emphasis on safety, process adherence, and operational efficiency. Your hands-on experience in aviation logistics and team handling will be crucial for success in this role.

• Coordinate vehicle placement at the dock and ensure safe and damage-free unloading using appropriate PPE.
• Perform physical and visual inspection of materials and report damages to the Site In-Charge.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs in receiving, staging, put-away, and binning processes.
• Manage inbound (reception), outbound (packaging & shipping), milk run operations, and inter-plant material movement.
• Ensure all logistics and storage activities comply with SOPs and safety standards.
• Monitor and ensure timely and accurate picking and packing by MHE operators and associates.
• Supervise associates and MHE operators to maintain productivity, efficiency, and safety compliance.
• Track and achieve operational targets through proactive communication and monitoring.
• Ensure accurate data capture and support the preparation of daily MIS reports.
• Delegate tasks effectively and monitor team performance.
• Maintain 100% adherence to safety practices, PPE usage, and 5S standards in the warehouse/plant.

As for the required skills and qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, inventory management, and inventory control is essential.
• Basic working knowledge of SAP (modules and T-codes) is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) is necessary.
• Experience in handling teams of 5-10 associates is preferred.
• Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills are crucial.
• Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment is a must.
