Physical Therapist / Rehab Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and certified Physical Therapist / Rehab Specialist to join our fitness team. In this role, you will design and implement personalized rehabilitation programs to help patients recover mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall physical function. Your expertise will contribute to our mission of promoting health and wellness in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to aid recovery.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and self-care techniques for sustained progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and monitor progress to adjust treatments as needed.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent; valid state licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in physical therapy or rehabilitation settings.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques, anatomy, and patient care protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team interaction.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
