Job Title Sr Associate, Software Development Engineering Quality Assurance – Conversion and Implementation (Mainframe) Responsibilities: Develop test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures based on business requirements and technical specifications Execute test cases and document results to ensure the quality and functionality of mainframe applications Identify and report defects and issues to development teams and work with them to resolve problems Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of quality software Provide support to end-users during the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phase Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process and methodology Support conversion validation process post conversion Requirements: Experience in mainframe testing Strong knowledge of JCL,CICS Ability to write complex SQL queries and perform database testing Experience in test planning, test case design, and test execution Knowledge of test automation tools such as Tosca or Playwright an added advantage Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
