Location: Bangalore, In-Office
We’re looking for a multi-skilled creator who can shoot, edit, and think in content that performs.
This is not just an editing role. This is a content ownership role.
Role Overview
Primary Responsibility:
Create high-performing content and ad creatives for First Draft Studio itself. You will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing videos used for branding, social media, and paid advertising.
Secondary Responsibility:
Support client projects by editing videos and handling small shoots when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot, and edit video content for social media and paid ads
- Create short-form content optimized for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ad platforms
- Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to develop ad-ready creatives
- Handle end-to-end production including ideation collaboration, shooting, and editing
- Edit client videos for social media, branding, and promotional use
- Assist with small-scale shoots for client requirements
- Ensure storytelling, pacing, and visual quality align with platform standards
- Stay updated with trends in short-form video and content formats
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in videography, video editing, or content production
- Strong skills in both shooting and editing video content
- Proficiency in editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Understanding of short-form content performance and retention-driven editing
- Strong sense of storytelling and visual communication
- Bonus: experience working with agencies or creating ad creatives
