Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven PPC & Google Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads, analytics, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking to drive quality traffic, leads, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Performance Max, Display, and Remarketing.
- Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copies, and optimize bids and budgets.
- Analyze and improve campaign performance metrics such as ROI, CPA, CTR, conversions, and lead quality.
- Set up, manage, and maintain GA4, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
- Perform A/B testing for ads, audience targeting, and landing pages to maximize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align PPC and SEO strategies for overall traffic and conversion growth.
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
SEO – Supporting Responsibilities
- Good understanding of on-page SEO, search intent, and keyword strategy.
- Utilize PPC insights to support SEO planning and landing page optimization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven hands-on experience in Google Ads / PPC campaign management.
- Strong expertise in Search Campaigns and Performance Max Campaigns.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and campaign optimization skills.
- Experience managing mid to high-value advertising budgets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification (preferred).
- Experience in B2B and/or E-commerce marketing.
- Familiarity with SEO and marketing tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
