Vendor Management Specialist

Job Description

Finch IT Solutions is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement & Operations

Executive to join our Bengaluru team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with

up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in procurement, operations, and

vendor management within the IT industry.

The selected candidate will manage vendor procurement activities, coordinate with internal

teams, and support smooth order execution. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and

Supply Chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment, cost efficiency, and strong vendor

relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, onboard, and manage vendors based on business requirements
• Evaluate vendors on pricing, quality, delivery timelines, and service support
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and vendor credit limits
• Prepare, issue, and track Purchase Orders (POs)
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams for order fulfillment
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve supply or billing issues
• Maintain accurate vendor records, pricing details, and documentation
• Support cost optimization initiatives through vendor comparison

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of procurement and operations processes
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with IT products or technology procurement is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

• Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
