Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Data Management and Revenue Operations Specialist to join Field Effect’s Revenue Operations team, who is responsible for managing and optimizing Sales and Marketing data and processes to accelerate revenue growth. This is a key role that will focus heavily on the accuracy and integrity of Field Effect’s marketing and sales data while collaborating cross-functionally with revenue operations, sales, and marketing on list management, data hygiene, analytics and reporting, and the creation of quotations and order forms.
Role Responsibilities:
- Perform regular data management and data hygiene tasks across marketing and sales, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility for relevant parties in marketing, sales, and leadership
- Proactively maintain and optimize the data entries in Field Effect’s HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics CRM accounts, including data workflows, data de-duplication and record merging, and data enrichment and normalization exercises
- Prepare and manage lists of accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities in Excel, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM for cross-functional projects
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of monthly, quarterly, and on-demand reports for sales, marketing, and leadership using Excel, PowerBI, and other tools to enable data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with revenue operations, marketing, sales, and success teams on the implementation, adoption, and training of new sales and marketing systems and processes
- Work collaboratively with sales teams to create quotations and order forms
- Assist with partner agreement preparation and signature tracking
- Assist with order fulfillment and associated CRM updates
- Collaborate with finance team on invoicing and subscription inquiries
- Support incoming queries from sales teams around business policies, and CRM activities
- Develop and maintain process documentation for revenue operations and data management activities
- Provide general team and project support
Qualifications
- 2+ years sales and marketing operations, data management, or similar experience
- Post secondary degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related discipline
- Extensive Microsoft Office skills (Excel specifically – Pivot tables, filters, IF and COUNTIF/SUMIF statements, INDEX/MATCH, etc.)
- Experience with marketing and sales technology such as Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools
- Experience with PowerBI or other reporting software
- Experience using AI (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) for data collection and manipulation is an asset
- Superior communication and time management skills
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail with ability to execute multiple initiatives and deliver against deadlines
- Drive to succeed and participate in the growth of a fast-paced company
- Ability to speak French is an asset
