Junior Software Engineer (Fresher / 0–1 Year Experience)

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Junior Software Engineers who are passionate about software development and eager to learn. If you enjoy solving problems, building applications, and continuously improving your skills, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Work with SQL databases to create queries and manage data.
• Debug and resolve software issues.
• Collaborate with senior developers and team members on real-world projects.
• Learn new technologies and contribute to ongoing product development.

Eligibility

• B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent.
• Freshers, candidates with up to 1 year of experience, or 2025 graduates are eligible to apply.
• Candidates who have not yet taken up a full-time job after graduation are welcome, provided they have spent the time productively by working on personal projects, internships, certifications, open-source contributions, freelancing, or other technical learning.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of at least one programming language (such as C#, Java, Python, C++, JavaScript, or similar).
• Good knowledge of at least one SQL database (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or similar).
• Basic understanding of software development concepts and database fundamentals.

Preferred

• Personal projects, GitHub profile, portfolio, internships, or coding competition participation.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Work Location

This is a Work From Office position.

• Work location: Erode, Tamil Nadu.
• Candidates from outside Erode must be willing to relocate to Erode before joining.
