Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Fiber Splicer & Wireman to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for fiber optic cable installation, splicing, testing, troubleshooting, and electrical wiring work for telecom and networking projects. Responsibilities Perform fiber optic cable splicing and termination. Install, test, and maintain fiber optic networks. Use OTDR, power meter, and fusion splicing equipment. Troubleshoot fiber connectivity issues and cable faults. Perform indoor and outdoor cable laying work. Execute electrical wiring, panel wiring, and cable dressing. Read and understand wiring diagrams and network layouts. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures. Coordinate with project engineers and field teams. Requirements ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or related field. Experience in fiber splicing and cable installation preferred. Knowledge of OTDR testing and fusion splicing. Basic understanding of networking and telecom infrastructure. Ability to work at project sites and travel when required. Valid driving license is preferred. Preferred Skills Fiber Optic Splicing OTDR Testing Cable Laying Electrical Wiring Network Troubleshooting Telecom Infrastructure Salary ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
Pay: ₹9,017.75 - ₹28,617.32 per month
