As a Team Leader (Jr. Key Account Manager) in Digital Lending / Digital Health in Pune (Viman Nagar), your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing and driving business for clinic partnerships
- Leading and managing a team of 15-18 Field Officers (FOS)
- Ensuring smooth coordination, onboarding, and partner integrations
- Driving performance, productivity, and overall business growth
- Building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Traveling as part of the job to support field operations
We are looking for candidates who have:
- 25 years of experience in Digital Lending / Digital Health / Fintech
- Strong team handling experience (mandatory)
- Handson experience in onboarding, coordination, and integrations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (mandatory)
- Good understanding of business operations and growth metrics
- Ability to manage field teams and drive execution
Qualifications required:
- MBA preferred
- Graduation is mandatory
