Junior Key Accounts Manager

As a Team Leader (Jr. Key Account Manager) in Digital Lending / Digital Health in Pune (Viman Nagar), your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing and driving business for clinic partnerships
• Leading and managing a team of 15-18 Field Officers (FOS)
• Ensuring smooth coordination, onboarding, and partner integrations
• Driving performance, productivity, and overall business growth
• Building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders
• Traveling as part of the job to support field operations

We are looking for candidates who have:

• 25 years of experience in Digital Lending / Digital Health / Fintech
• Strong team handling experience (mandatory)
• Handson experience in onboarding, coordination, and integrations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (mandatory)
• Good understanding of business operations and growth metrics
• Ability to manage field teams and drive execution

Qualifications required:

• MBA preferred
• Graduation is mandatory
