Fetch Panda operates and owns Gas Stations, Liquor Stores, Car wash and Grocery Stores across many provinces in Canada. We serve more than FOUR (4) Million people annually for their daily needs. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring extensive travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and implement standard operating procedures across all locations
- Design and roll out corporate planograms for convenience retail
- Standardize ordering, inventory controls, and replenishment processes
- Lead vendor negotiations, pricing, rebates, and promotional programs
- Work closely with accounting to review monthly and quarterly sales, margins, and KPIs
- Establish performance benchmarks and reporting for store managers
- Coach and develop store managers to follow standardized processes
- Conduct regular site visits, audits, and operational reviews
- Improve margins, reduce shrink, and drive operational consistency
- Act as the primary operational link between stores, vendors, and head office
- Hiring, training and assisting new employees
- Coordination new store setup with head office, assist Construction team with the planogram
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-location retail or operations management experience
- Gas station or convenience store experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience building systems, planograms, or SOPs from scratch
- Strong understanding of inventory, margins, and vendor management
- Comfortable with change management and leadership across multiple locations
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with accounting/finance teams
- Experience with POS systems (Bulloch experience will be an asset)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively (70–80%)

- Bonus: Performance-based (10–15%)

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,968.05 per year
