Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Senior Executive to manage and optimize HVAC and water systems within Ferring International Center S.A. This role involves overseeing system performance, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the efficient operation of our facilities.
Job Responsibilities:**
- Manage and monitor budgets related to HVAC and water system operations and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders regarding system status, projects, and issues.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive records related to HVAC and water system performance, maintenance, and compliance.
- Ensure timely delivery of results for all assigned projects and maintenance tasks.
