Commercial Sales Representative (Confidential Client)

Location: Gambrills, MD

Compensation: $55,000 – $70,000 base + commission (OTE $110K–$120K+)

Schedule: Full-time

Position Overview

A growing service-based organization in the lawn care and outdoor services industry is seeking a Commercial Sales Representative to join its expanding team. This role is focused on driving B2B sales, developing client relationships, and managing a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a portfolio of commercial clients
  • Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Develop long-term client relationships to support retention and repeat business
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service execution
  • Track sales performance and activity using CRM tools
  • Stay informed on services, pricing, and industry trends
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management preferred
  • Open to entry-level candidates with strong communication skills and sales aptitude
  • Ability to build relationships and close business
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable managing multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
