Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Connect Centre Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage inbound leads, engage with prospective clients, and assess their suitability as potential clients. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in nurturing relationships and ensuring a positive first impression with a clientele. This position requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a keen sense for identifying client potential.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Lead Engagement:
· Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries.
· Make outbound calls to understand and assess potential clients’ needs and interests.
· Present the company’s services professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere for the prospects.
2) Client Assessment:
· Evaluate the potential of each lead by understanding their profile and requirements.
· Qualify prospects and determine if they align with the company’s high-net-worth clientele focus.
3) Relationship Building:
· Build rapport with prospective clients to foster trust and interest.
· Act as a knowledgeable resource to answer initial questions about our services.
4) Collaboration & Reporting:
· Collaborate with business development and sales teams for seamless handoff of qualified leads.
· Regularly report on lead activities, client feedback, and any emerging client trends or requirements.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree
· Calling experience required. 6 months at least.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to build rapport quickly and evaluate client potential.
