Position: Assembly Process & Quality Monitoring Technician Location: Coimbatore
Industry: Panel A/C & Chiller Manufacturing Unit
Job Responsibilities Assemble Panel A/C and Chiller units as per production standards. Monitor product quality during assembly and testing stages. Inspect electrical and mechanical components. Ensure proper wiring, fitting, gas charging, and leak testing. Maintain production records and quality check reports. Follow safety procedures and company SOPs. Coordinate with production and quality teams for issue resolution.
Qualification
Diploma / BE – EEE / Mechanical Engineering ITI – Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (R&AC)
Experience
Minimum 2 Years of Experience in R&AC field.
Required Skills
Knowledge of HVAC systems and panel cooling units Understanding of assembly drawings and wiring diagrams Quality inspection and troubleshooting skills Teamwork and production coordination Basic testing and maintenance knowledge
