Femme is looking for a welcoming, professional and experienced Registered Massage Therapist at our female-focused, comprehensive care clinic in North Toronto (Avenue Rd & Lawrence Ave). This is a part-time commitment of 2 days per week (Thursdays and Sundays).

The ideal candidate is/has:

• In good standing with the CMTO (College of Massage Therapists of Ontario)
• A holistic approach to treatment
• Friendly, organized and excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a tight-knit, interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with prenatal massage is an asset
• Comfort contributing to social media (not necessarily a physical presence) and being present at company events

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional treatment experience for each patient
• Listen to patient concerns and translate their needs into treatment
• Ability to communicate treatment process and thought process behind certain treatments
• Perform a variety of techniques including but not limited to: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Reflexology, Pre-Natal and Lymphatic Drainage treatments
• Use of EMR such as Jane to track, record and include any necessary details of patient encounters
• Availability up to once per month for company events with patients (to educate patients and build your practice)

Qualifications

• RMT Designation and liability insurance
• Registered and a member in good standing with the CMTO
• Fluency in English both written and verbal.
• The ideal candidate must possess the ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor, communicate effectively, and contribute to a blossoming and positive team
• Must have excellent customer service skills and work ethic
• Past experience using an EMR
• Previous RMT experience is required

Compensation: 55% split

Hours: 2 days per week (Thursdays and Sundays)

Pay: $82.00-$93.00 per hour

Expected hours: 11 – 14 per week
