As a As a Manager, Marketing- Revenue Operations, you will manage and grow a team and will have strong marketing, technical, digital and business development skills. Your role will strengthen alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Operations by improving data quality, enhancing system integrations, and enabling better decision-making through actionable analytics.
This role sits within the Marketing Operations team, acting as the connective tissue between customer-facing teams to ensure full-funnel visibility, operational consistency, and scalable growth. The role will lead a team of marketing experts who represent diverse product and services responsibilities.
HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, and supporting business units.
- Build and maintain a shared revenue framework, aligning KPIs, definitions, and funnel stages across teams.
- Improve collaboration around lead qualification, hand-off processes, and sales enablement. Make data-driven decisions to move the team focus and advise our internal partners
- Own data governance across CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Build dashboards and reporting structure that visualize performance across the entire revenue funnel. Analyze pipeline trends, conversion rates, campaign influence, and customer lifecycle insights.
- Introduce automation and operational improvements that accelerate speed-to-lead and reduce manual effort. Partner with Marketing and IT on system enhancements and integrations.
- Evaluate and improve Martech and Sales tech tools to ensure alignment and usability across teams. Support Marketing Operations with roadmap planning for analytics, CRM improvements, and cross-platform data flow.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of revenue funnels, attribution models, B2B marketing, and sales processes.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot preferred).
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with IT, Data, or Finance teams on governance and system alignment.
- Proven examples of leading engaging and innovative teams
Total Direct Compensation:
$122,000 to $149,200
Any pay range is in $CAD. The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g., base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances, where applicable)
