Position Overview

As the Head of Production Support, DevOps, IT Risk & Compliance at FatakPay, you will be responsible for ensuring high availability, reliability, security, and compliance of all technology systems. This leadership role involves managing production support operations, driving DevOps best practices, and overseeing IT risk management and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will work closely with engineering, product, security, and business teams to enable scalable, secure, and resilient technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end production support operations, ensuring system uptime, stability, and performance.
• Define and implement incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis (RCA) processes.
• Own and drive DevOps strategy, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and release management.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment reliability, scalability, and system observability.
• Establish and enforce SLAs, SLOs, and operational KPIs for production systems.
• Oversee IT risk management, identifying, assessing, and mitigating technology and operational risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit requirements relevant to fintech and financial services.
• Work closely with internal and external auditors to support audits, assessments, and certifications.
• Define and maintain policies, procedures, and controls for IT governance and compliance.
• Lead business continuity planning (BCP) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies and drills.
• Manage vendors, cloud service providers, and third-party risk assessments.
• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams across production support, DevOps, and IT governance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system resilience, security, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall experience in IT operations, production support, DevOps, or site reliability engineering.
• Proven leadership experience managing large, cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management tools and practices.
• Strong understanding of IT risk management, security controls, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Experience with audits, regulatory reporting, and compliance standards relevant to fintech/financial services.
• Knowledge of business continuity, disaster recovery planning, and high-availability architectures.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure, mission-critical environments.
