Role Overview:
As a Senior Manager / AGM- Finance, your role will involve overseeing and managing the Financial Planning, Project Funding, and Finance operations to meet the organizational fund requirements. You will be responsible for various financial activities including financial planning, working capital management, project funding, investor relations, and fund management. Additionally, you will liaise with banks and NBFCs for loan sanctions, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, prepare MIS reports, and maintain project cash-flows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document CMA Data for Project Loans, Financial Reporting, and Risk Analysis.
- Liaise with Banks and NBFCs for loan sanctions and manage periodic disbursements.
- Ensure RERA Regulatory Compliances and compliance with Banking and RBI Regulations.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain project cash-flows.
- Handle necessary documentation and audits for timely financial servicing.
- Review financial statements of the company and its subsidiaries/group companies.
- Develop and implement Financial Strategy including budgeting, forecasting, and investment prioritization.
- Manage organizational risk framework (strategic and financial).
- Coordinate with Internal and Statutory Auditors to ensure compliance with Statutory and Regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved profitability.
- Manage cash flow and ensure timely payments.
- Support HOD Finance & Accounts and Senior Management by providing necessary analytics for decision-making.
- Monitor and control day-to-day Financial Operations within the company.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field (CMA/ CA/ MBA -Finance preferred).
- 10-15 years of experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
- Proven track record in Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Project/Term Loans, Budgeting, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in loan appraisals, financial analysis, and working with banks/NBFCs.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in compliance management.
- Proficiency in financial accounting software.
- Experience working in the design or construction industry would be a plus. Role Overview:
