An Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative for FASTSIGNS represents the FACE of the company! Responsibilities
- Be part of Front of House/Sales Team and assist with customers via phone calls, emails or walk-ins
- Write up estimates, orders and engage with clients
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Assist in managing projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
- Friendly, Upbeat, Sharp, Efficient, Sense of Urgency, and Willingness to Help Customers
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Background or knowledge in our industry not required but preferred
