By joining Fasken, you will play a key role in shaping how our people work, collaborate, and unlock value with Microsoft 365 and AI technologies, including Copilot and other advanced productivity tools. In this role, you will drive employee awareness, adoption, and satisfaction, build strong relationships with technology partners such as Microsoft, and guide the full lifecycle of our M365 and AI solutions, from design and development to testing, release, updates, and ongoing evolution.

Our challenges

• You will take responsibility for the execution of the strategy and roadmap for M365 and AI applications;
• You will develop tangible applications that maximize business value from assigned M365 and AI technologies, including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and related services;
• You will measure and document productivity gains and business benefits by developing impact cases and value stories in collaboration with business units;
• You will evaluate and manage AI applications and Microsoft releases, including communicating upcoming changes and managing rollout plans;
• You will lead the implementation of new products and features defined by the CITO;
• You will analyze, redesign, and optimize business processes to enable the use of AI technologies that improve quality, efficiency, effectiveness, and value;
• You will collaborate with AI teammates and stakeholders to identify impactful changes and provide support to employees and technical resources;
• You will represent AI and M365 products to enterprise architecture, project portfolio, procurement, and change management teams;
• You will establish configuration and operating standards for AI and M365 applications in coordination with IT colleagues;
• You will manage product dependencies and identify opportunities to streamline processes;
• You will track high‑impact issues and collaborate with vendors and internal support teams to ensure timely escalation when required;
• You will promote user adoption of AI, M365 products, and Copilot by overseeing the change management program, coordinating enablement initiatives for lawyers and staff, and ensuring hands‑on support for Copilot adoption.

About You

• You own a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or a Business Analyst certification;
• You have eight (8) or more years of experience in in‑house product management roles, digital transformation roles, or scaling IT solutions;
• You have three (3) or more years of experience managing M365 and AI tools, monitoring adoption, and integrating them with existing systems;
• You have Microsoft 365 certifications (preferred);
• You have experience in a law firm or professional services environment, which will be considered an asset;
• You have a strong interest in AI/machine learning (Copilot, GPT, LLMs) and can translate technical advances into business value;
• You demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and digital skills, with solid expertise across Microsoft 365 and AI technologies, enabling you to translate technical advancements into business value and operate effectively within complex, fast‑paced environments;
• You are pragmatic, collaborative, influential, and results‑driven, showing integrity, cognitive flexibility, and leadership in change enablement, supported by excellent communication and interpersonal abilities that foster effective relationships across the firm;
• You are proficient in English and French, both orally and in writing. Bilingualism is required because the person hired will be part of the national team. Therefore, the person will be asked to respond to requests from all our offices in Canada and will be required to prepare notifications in French and English;

• Tu assureras la mise en œuvre de la stratégie et de la feuille de route pour les applications M365 et d’IA;
• Tu développeras des applications concrètes visant à optimiser la valeur commerciale tirée des technologies M365 et d’IA, incluant Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook et les services connexes ;
• Tu mesureras et documenteras les gains de productivité et les avantages commerciaux en élaborant des cas probants et des récits de valeur en collaboration avec les unités d’affaires ;
• Tu assureras l’évaluation et la gestion des applications d’IA et des mises à jour Microsoft, incluant la communication des changements à venir et la coordination des plans de déploiement ;
• Tu dirigeras la mise en œuvre des nouvelles fonctionnalités et des nouveaux produits définis par le chef de la technologie du cabinet ;
• Tu analyseras, repenseras et optimiseras les processus d’affaires afin de permettre l’utilisation de technologies d’IA améliorant la qualité, l’efficience, l’efficacité et la création de valeur ;
• Tu collaboreras avec les membres de l’équipe d’IA et les parties prenantes pour repérer des améliorations à forte valeur ajoutée et soutenir les employés ainsi que les ressources techniques ;
• Tu représenteras les produits d’IA et M365 auprès des équipes responsables de l’architecture d’entreprise, de la gestion des portefeuilles de projets, de l’approvisionnement et de la gestion du changement ;
• Tu définiras et établiras, en collaboration avec l’équipe des TI, les normes de configuration et d’exploitation des applications d’IA et M365 ;
• Tu géreras les dépendances entre les produits et repéreras des occasions de simplifier les processus;
• Tu assureras le suivi des enjeux critiques et collaboreras avec les fournisseurs et les équipes de soutien internes lorsque requis ;
• Tu favoriseras l’utilisation des produits d’IA, incluant M365 et Copilot, superviseras le programme de gestion du changement, coordonneras les initiatives d’information et de formation des avocats et du personnel administratif, et veilleras à ce que l’utilisation de Copilot soit soutenue par un accompagnement concret et pratique.
