- Contract-to-Hire, 12 Months
- This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite in Reston, VA once or twice per week. Remote work on other day(s) is acceptable.
- Candidates must reside in a commutable distance to Reston, VA (DMV residency required).
Overview
- Work with a leading firm on highly strategic initiatives as a Senior Product Manager. This is not a "sideline" role; you will be the driving force behind a portfolio of products, with a heavy emphasis on Artificial Intelligence. - Manage a portfolio of 3 to 5 major product lines along with multiple smaller products and "run and maintain" activities.
- Drive end-to-end product strategy, moving beyond the tactical level of a Product Owner to manage an entire portfolio.
- Lead AI-driven initiatives, ensuring AI components are effectively designed and integrated into the product lifecycle.
- Utilize Google Analytics to interpret data trends, monitor KPIs, and make informed product decisions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and manage unplanned work requests effectively.
- Revise and revamp internal processes by bringing in best practices from the tech industry.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of seasoned Product Management experience (Senior level).
- Demonstrated experience managing AI-driven products or initiatives (hands-on implementation, not just theoretical).
- Experience working at major "tech giants" or large, complex IT organizations.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics for data interpretation and KPI management.
- Experience supporting Mobile App development, backend web services, and Cloud Migration initiatives.
- Must be a "Go-Getter" with a proven track record of driving change and taking ownership.
- SAFe Certifica – OR – in-depth, proven SAFe knowledge and implementation experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare industry experience (highly preferred for terminology and faster impact).
- Experience working at major "tech giants" or large, complex IT organizations.
