Procurement Executive in Greater Noida

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials and packaging supplies, ensuring timely availability and cost efficiency
• Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers based on quality standards, pricing competitiveness, and reliability
• Lead price negotiations and finalize purchase terms, contracts, and agreements with vendors
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier details, pricing history, and inventory levels
• Track market trends, price fluctuations, and supplier performance to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery, storage, and stock management
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with food safety standards and relevant industry regulations
• Continuously identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements within the procurement function
