We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Agronomist with extensive experience in hydroponics cultivation of vine crops. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our advanced hydroponics farm operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cultivation of vine crops including Bell Peppers, Cherry Tomatoes, and Seedless Cucumbers
• Develop and implement optimal fertigation schedules
• Operate and maintain auto fertigation machines
• Implement integrated pest management strategies
• Monitor crop health and implement preventive and corrective measures
• Conduct detailed crop performance analysis
• Support farm technology implementation and crop optimization

Requirements

• 4-5 years of professional experience as an Agronomist
• Proven expertise in hydroponic cultivation of:
• Bell Peppers
• Cherry Tomatoes
• Seedless Cucumbers
• Advanced proficiency in:
• Auto Fertigation Machine operation
• Fertigation scheduling techniques
• Integrated Pest Management
• Deep understanding of crop nutrition and disease management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field
