Senior Frontend Engineer

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at our company, you will have the opportunity to be a key technical leader in building and scaling intuitive, high-performance, and accessible user experiences that power our products. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering teams to deliver solutions that delight users and drive our business forward.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Design, build, and optimize scalable frontend applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks such as React or similar.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to convert requirements and wireframes into high-quality, performant code.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
• Advocate for best practices in code quality, testing, performance, and CI/CD automation.
• Mentor and provide support to junior and mid-level engineers through activities like code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
• Work with backend teams to define APIs and data contracts.
• Drive technical decisions related to architecture, tooling, and frontend standards.
• Monitor and enhance application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• *Qualifications Required:**
• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks (React preferred).
• Hands-on experience with state management tools like Redux, MobX, Recoil, or similar.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and modern web application architecture.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, etc.
• Familiarity with build systems and tooling like Webpack, Vite, Babel, etc.
• Knowledge of web performance optimization and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in mentoring or leading engineers is a plus.
