Job Description

Role Responsibilities

  • Conducting counselling sessions for children, teens, and adults
  • Assisting in case formulation and therapy planning
  • Supporting psychometric testing, scoring, and report writing
  • Conducting parent and family sessions (under supervision where required)
  • Delivering supportive therapies (e.g., Mindfulness, Art Therapy, basic CBT tools)
  • Actively contributing to team discussions and case reviews
  • Supporting workshops, programs, and organizational initiatives

Attributes & Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical/Counselling preferred)
  • 2+ years of counselling experience
  • Training in any 1 therapy module (40+ hours)
  • Strong case formulation and therapeutic skills
  • Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-driven, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset
  • Team player with passion for learning and impact
