Job Description
Role Responsibilities
- Conducting counselling sessions for children, teens, and adults
- Assisting in case formulation and therapy planning
- Supporting psychometric testing, scoring, and report writing
- Conducting parent and family sessions (under supervision where required)
- Delivering supportive therapies (e.g., Mindfulness, Art Therapy, basic CBT tools)
- Actively contributing to team discussions and case reviews
- Supporting workshops, programs, and organizational initiatives
Attributes & Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology (Clinical/Counselling preferred)
- 2+ years of counselling experience
- Training in any 1 therapy module (40+ hours)
- Strong case formulation and therapeutic skills
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Self-driven, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset
- Team player with passion for learning and impact
