What You'll Be Doing

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential electrical systems and safety concerns
• Perform code-compliant repairs, installations, and upgrades, including:
• Panels, breakers, wiring, and circuits
• Switches, receptacles, lighting, and specialty fixtures
• Other residential electrical components and systems
• Conduct thorough system evaluations and clearly explain findings to homeowners
• Provide professional recommendations and solutions with customer satisfaction in mind
• Ensure all work meets local, state, and NEC code requirements
• Document work accurately using mobile service software
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and service vehicle
• Deliver an exceptional in-home customer experience on every call

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of residential electrical experience (service experience preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Solid knowledge of residential wiring, circuits, and systems
• Confidence communicating with homeowners in a customer-facing environment
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and multitask
• Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to quality workmanship
• Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices in the field
• Valid driver's license (must be at least 21 per company policy)
