Manager – Accounts & Taxation
Location: Kolkata / Howrah (Work from Office) - 6 Days a Week
Compensation: Salary as per industry standards and candidate experience.
Role Overview:
EZBY India is hiring on behalf of a reputed client for a Manager – Accounts & Taxation role. The position will be responsible for managing accounting operations, statutory compliances, taxation matters, financial reporting, and audit coordination.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Taxation & Compliance
- Candidates from CA Firms / Chartered Accountancy Industry preferred
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Tally Prime
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, EPF, ESI, Professional Tax and Statutory Compliance
- Experience in financial reporting and finalization of accounts
- Ability to coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, EPF, ESI and other statutory compliances
- Preparation, review and filing of statutory returns
- Finalization of accounts and financial reporting
- Reconciliation of books of accounts and statutory records
- Liaison with auditors, tax consultants and government authorities
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
- Support management with financial and compliance-related reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience in a CA Firm will be an added advantage
