Job Description

As a Senior Consultant in the EY Consulting - Risk Internal Audit & ERM team, you will have the opportunity to lead client engagements related to Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Audit. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding the client's business and related industry issues/trends
  • Developing strong working relationships with the client and onshore client teams
  • Maintaining excellent rapport and proactive communication with the client
  • Supporting the practice in building the ERM solution operating model and enablers
  • Participating/supporting business development initiatives
  • Supporting innovation initiatives to enhance existing solutions using technologies like Robotics, AI, and Advanced Analytics
  • Developing thought leadership content and other innovation initiatives
  • Independently executing assignments and managing multiple assignments and project teams
  • Meeting quality guidelines within established turnaround time/budget
  • Monitoring project progress, managing risks, and keeping key stakeholders informed
  • Demonstrating problem-solving skills and identifying engagement-related risks
  • Providing recommendations for process improvement
  • Mentoring and coaching junior team members
  • Ensuring compliance with risk management strategies and activities of the firm
  • Managing engagement budgets and supporting superiors in developing marketing collaterals and business proposals
  • Planning and scheduling optimum staff levels for engagements

To qualify for this role, you must have:

  • CA or MBA (Masters in Business Administration)
  • 2-5 years of work experience in ERM, Risk Assessment, management projects, and IA projects
  • Technical experience in Finance, Operations, or Regulatory Compliance
  • Strong project management skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think differently and innovate
  • Hands-on experience on popular GRC platforms for managing ERM programs
