What You’ll Be Doing (Real Maintenance Work)

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated material handling and production systems
• Perform preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
• Use the computerized maintenance system to manage work orders and PMs
• Identify recurring faults and help improve system reliability
• Work with controls, mechanical systems, conveyors, robotics, and sensors
• Support shift operations in a 24/7 automated environment
• Share knowledge, mentor teammates, and drive continuous improvement
