Junior Accountant-R2R/AR-1-5 yrs exp

As a Junior Accountant at our firm, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on accounting tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing monthly bank reconciliations
• Monitoring client payments via various methods and allocating them to customer statements promptly
• Assisting customer service in following up with customers for outstanding payments, reconciling customer accounts, and generating additional invoices
• Supporting senior finance representatives in month-end and year-end closing processes
• Analysing revenues, determining budget variances, and reporting to the Billing Manager
• Ensuring monthly billing is done according to project deadlines
• Reviewing client reports on billing, collections, debtors, and security deposits for accuracy before distribution
• Actioning final bills, invoice adjustments, and liaising with Customer Service for project billing
• Preparing monthly revenue invoices and manual invoices as needed
• Generating monthly bank charges and Unoccupied units' invoices
• Working on ad-hoc reports as requested

In addition to the specific responsibilities, we are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:

• B.Com/BBA/semi qualified CA/CMA/similar accounting qualification/degree
• 1-5 years of experience in an accounting role
• Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel (including advanced functions like vlookup, xlookup, pivot tables)
• Proficiency in English speaking and writing
• Eager to learn, punctual, trustworthy, and able to work well individually and within a team

The position is full-time and permanent, based in Noida with office hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday. The hiring process typically takes 1-2 weeks.
