General Labor - Farm

We are hiring several General Laborers to assist with daily field and harvest operations for a busy farm. This role is physical, fast-paced, and essential to our growing season.

Responsibilities

• Planting, weeding, pruning, and harvesting vegetables
• Washing, sorting, and packing produce
• Operating basic farm tools and equipment (training provided)
• Field cleanup, irrigation setup, and general farm maintenance
• Working efficiently as part of a team

Requirements

• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work on your feet for long periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Previous farm or labor experience is required

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
