Job Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a friendly and reliable Front Office Administrator to join our client’s team. Our client is a locally owned business operating in a specialized healthcare center providing supportive care to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist walk-in clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client needs are met efficiently
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records in computer systems
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence
- Maintain a neat and professional front desk area
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Professional communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems quickly
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment
- Previous administrative or customer-facing experience is an asset
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to maintain a business casual professional appearance
Our client offers:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm schedule
