Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will report to the Customer Service Manager and play a key part in ensuring excellent customer experiences.

Key Benefits:

✅$38K/Year

✅Full-time: Sunday to Thursday - 9 AM to 5:30 PM

✅ Two (2) weeks of vacation annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customer service operations as outlined in your job duties.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Occasionally, travel to suppliers, trade shows, or client locations as required.
  • Adapt to reasonable changes in duties, reporting relationships, or work location as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service and Administrative roles.
  • Experience in a bakery or food-related environment is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $38,000.00 per year
