We’re hiring a Systems and Network Administrator for a hybrid role (4 days onsite) based in Pointe-Claire, Montreal. This position offers a dynamic blend of infrastructure management and hands-on tech support.

What you will be doing:

• Administer and maintain Active Directory, Azure Entra, and Microsoft 365
• Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure: DNS, VPN, VLAN, DHCP, Layer 2/3 switching
• Configure and support firewall technologies, Windows Server environments, and VMware vSphere/ESXi
• Participate in retail store setups: telco planning, hardware deployment, and on-site tech coordination during construction
• Travel to new store locations to assist with installations and configurations
• Provide collaborative support across teams, including end-user support

What we are looking for:

• Strong functional and structural knowledge of on premises Active Directory. (GPO, Active Directory security, Kerberos, TGT, LDAP, PowerShell etc.)
• Strong Azure Entra (formerly Azure) and Microsoft 365 modules knowledge with a solid understanding of hybrid Entre (Azure) and on prem AD synch.
• Strong networking knowledge (DNS, VPN, VLAN, DHCP, subnets, Layer 2 and 3, wireless 802.x standards etc.)
• Proficient in firewall technologies
• Strong knowledge of on-premises infrastructure, including servers and storage (Windows Server 2016,2019 as well as Windows 10 and 11)
• VMWare VSphere/ESXi knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
• 2-4 years' experience as System or Network Administrator
