Job Title - Desktop Support Analyst
Location: Quebec, Canada
Duration: 3-Month Contract
Hours: 35 Hours/Week

Strong expertise in Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) (Windows)

Hands-on with Autopilot, Azure AD, Intune (device enrollment & config)
Able to analyze logs and resolve advanced incidents (updates, boot loops, device failures)
Experience documenting and escalating technical issues when needed
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and support Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV equipment
Provide onsite desktop and VIP support
Monitor and troubleshoot MTR environments
Perform technical validation, testing, and issue resolution
Maintain technical documentation and collaborate within Agile teams
