As an IT Project / Service Delivery Manager, your role involves owning end-to-end delivery of IT Managed Services projects. This includes ensuring adherence to SLA, KPI, scope, timelines, and contractual commitments. Your responsibilities also include leading service governance, such as project planning, resource allocation, risk management, issue resolution, escalation handling, and continuous service improvement.
