Job description

Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, Product Design and User Research, the Product Marketing Manager supports go-to-market execution. This execution is for main products and projects. You will help translate product strategy into clear messaging, launch coordination, sales enablement, and market insight. You will partner with Product Management, Design, User Research, Sales, and Marketing to help bring customer-centered narratives to market.

This is a remote, individual contributor role designed for someone who is building product marketing fundamentals. It is important that you have exposure to Credit, B2B SaaS, platform products, FinTech, and data.

  • You have experience supporting product launches, sales enablement, or messaging work
  • You are familiar with competitive analysis, customer research, or market insight synthesis
  • You have experience using AI tools or modern productivity tools to improve quality and efficiency

Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Execution

  • You will lead and launch product releases, feature enhancements, and projects
  • You will help coordinate go-to-market activities across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Design
  • You will track deliverables, dependencies, and main inputs to help launches stay on course
  • You will help build launch briefs, messaging docs, enablement materials, and internal communications

Messaging and Positioning Support

  • Contribute to the development and refine of existing of product messaging, value propositions, and audience-specific positioning
  • Help maintain consistency across product narratives, internal materials, and external-facing assets
  • Translate complex product information into clear and accessible messaging for different audiences
  • Support message testing and synthesis of feedback to improve clarity

Sales and Field Enablement

  • Create sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, pitch support, FAQs, battlecards, and presentation content
  • Partner with Sales and team members to gather their feedback on what resonates and where they need additional support.
  • Help manage enablement resources so they are easy to access and use
  • Support readiness activities tied to launches and priority projects

Market, Customer, and Insight

  • Gather and summarize customer, market, and inputs from research, win-loss insights, team member interviews, and internal sources
  • Partner with User Research and Product teams to identify patterns that inform positioning and go-to-market decisions
  • Help organize insights into clear takeaways for company partners
  • Monitor competitor messaging, launches, and market activity to support ongoing strategic awareness
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, marketing, strategy, research, consulting, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • You have relevant industry experience

  • Deliver high-quality work on time across launches, messaging, and enablement
  • You can turn complexity into clear materials to help our sales team
  • You have demonstrated growing judgment in how to tailor messaging for different audiences
  • You have experience increasing ownership within defined workstreams while learning from more senior team members

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. We list the base pay range for this position above. Within this range, work location and additional factors such as job-related experience, and education determine individual pay.
