About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between technology, sales, and business strategy. This is not a traditional BA role—it's a high-impact, ownership-driven position focused on solutioning, sales enablement, and driving revenue outcomes.

You will work closely with leadership, sales, and technical teams to convert opportunities into scalable, winning solutions while optimizing the sales pipeline using automation, CRM systems, and AI-driven insights.

Client Requirement Analysis & Solutioning

  • Understand and analyze client business & technical requirements
  • Convert requirements into clear functional & technical documentation
  • Design scalable, cost-effective, and competitive solutions
  • Collaborate with tech teams for feasibility and effort estimation

Sales Collaboration & Bidding Strategy

  • Support sales in lead qualification, proposals, and deal structuring
  • Own end-to-end RFPs, RFQs, and bid responses
  • Drive winning strategies for platforms like Upwork, Clutch, and direct channels
  • Improve proposal quality, positioning, and conversion rates

Sales Strategy & Pipeline Optimization

  • Build and refine data-driven sales strategies
  • Identify funnel gaps and improve pipeline efficiency
  • Implement CRM workflows, automation, and AI tools
  • Track KPIs such as conversion rates, CAC, and ROI

Market & Technology Intelligence

  • Stay updated on trends in AI, automation, SaaS, and digital transformation
  • Evaluate and introduce new tools and frameworks
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify positioning opportunities

Execution & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Ensure strategies are effectively implemented across teams
  • Align sales, marketing, and delivery for better outcomes
  • Drive process improvements and standardization

Hiring & Team Support

  • Assist in hiring for pre-sales and technical roles
  • Identify skill gaps and support team structuring
  • Mentor junior analysts and pre-sales team members

Requirements

  • ✔ Core Competencies
  • Strong business analysis with solid technical understanding (Python, APIs, web apps, AI/Automation preferred)

✔ Technical Exposure

  • Understanding of SDLC and modern tech stacks
  • Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and SaaS ecosystems
  • Experience with CRM tools and analytics dashboards

✔ Strategic & Analytical Skills

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Experience in sales funnel optimization and growth strategy
  • Ability to turn insights into actionable plans

✔ Communication Skills

  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder communication
  • Ability to present solutions confidently
  • Experience in sales support, bidding, and proposal strategy
  • Solution-oriented mindset (not just requirement gathering)
