Regional Logistics Incharge (Secondary Logistics)

Position: Regional Logistics Head (Secondary Logistics)

Location : Gwalior/ Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh

Job Responsibilities :

• Regular auditing of warehouses for infrastructure requirements
• Ensures availability of vehicles on time and timely clearance of bills of vendors
• Prepare regular, and accurate status progress reports – MIS and traceability dashboards
• Support CFAs and transporters to ensure systems and reporting are in place for effective distribution of stock
• Regular co-ordination with sales and service teams for resolution of any red flags
• Regular interface with internal tools – Logistics Control Tower and Warehouse Management System for SLA adherence and monitoring purposes
• Undertakes regular assessment of CFAs and transporters in assigned region
• Provide inputs on quality of manpower recruited by CFAs
• Identification and first cut negotiation with right transporters and landlords

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Sciences, Supply chain management, Commerce or related field
• Additional training in supply chain is an added advantage
• At least four (4) years’ work experience in a similar role. Previous field and driving /riding experience will be an added advantage
