Additionally, you will be involved in resource allocation, creating and implementing standardized Operations strategy, tracking operational efficiency, and implementing Asset Maintenance and Control mechanisms.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build and maintain networks with leading corporates, vendors, property consultants, and architects
- Survey the environment for latest developments and best practices in facility management
- Plan manpower based on business needs and coordinate manpower sourcing
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure adherence to SOPs and checklists
- Assist in creating and implementing standardized Operations strategy for Site Execution
- Track and monitor client escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Guide the site head in the timely Invoicing & Collections for all clients
- Implement Asset Maintenance and Control mechanisms for optimum utilization
- Track and ensure timely closure of QA/Compliance audit observations
- Lead the client feedback process at Closure/contract termination stage
- Drive cost savings through process standardization and efficient project management
- Monitor adherence to Region budgets
- Drive timely Performance Appraisal of direct reports and mentor subordinates for team development
