Role Overview:
You will be joining as an Offensive Security Lead with expertise in Red Teaming, Penetration Testing, and Breach & Attack Simulation (BAS). Your primary responsibility will involve validating the enterprise security posture through controlled offensive activities in non-production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Red team simulations, Penetration tests, and BAS scenarios following MITRE ATT&CK framework.
- Maintain testing methodologies in accordance with OWASP, NIST, and industry standards.
- Identify and confirm vulnerabilities in applications, networks, and identity systems.
- Conduct controlled adversary simulations to evaluate detection and response capabilities.
- Collaborate with SOC, Network Security, and XDR teams to validate alerts and enhance detection coverage.
- Document findings and offer actionable remediation recommendations.

- Adversarial and analytical thinking skills
- Strong communication and reporting capabilities
