Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Manager Finance for our Jaipur office. This is a leadership role within an established finance function, focused on compliance, reporting, profitability, and team management.

1) Key Requirements

• Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years of experience
• Strong, working knowledge of Ind AS and US GAAP this is a hard requirement
• Excellent communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams, auditors, and senior stakeholders
• Experience in IT services finance or project-based accounting preferred
• Exposure to multi-entity accounting, statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC), and audits
• Prior experience managing a finance team

2) Must Haves

• Hands-on experience in Ind AS & US GAAP
• Excellent Communication Skills

3) Role Involves

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Statutory and regulatory compliance management
• Project profitability tracking with delivery and sales teams
• Leading internal and external audits
• Process improvement and ERP-related reporting automation
• Team management and mentoring
• Work Mode: Work From Office Jaipur only. Remote or hybrid not available for this role.
• Only CAs with strong Ind AS/US GAAP knowledge and relevant industry experience will be shortlisted.
