Sales Manager – Commercial Real Estate
Location: Kharar-Kurali Road, Mohali | Full-Time | On-Site
Salalry: Up to ₹50,000/month + Performance Incentives
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales for a high-demand commercial project on Kharar-Kurali Road. You will own the full sales cycle — from lead to closure — and play a key role in the project's revenue growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell commercial units
- Build and manage channel partner and broker networks
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and deal negotiations
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Track leads via CRM and report pipeline status to management
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales
- Proven record of closing commercial deals
- Strong network in the Mohali/Kharar/Kurali real estate market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
